After their death, the Bottom family carried on Jim’s tradition of excellence, growing the company to record levels.
In 2007, Randy Allen, Lynn Allen, and Tom Henry became the third generation of owners. With a strong background in corporate management, technology, finance, and business travel, the new owners immediately set a goal of making James Limousine the preeminent chauffeured transportation provider in Central Virginia for all occasions. After 6 years as an employee of James Limousine, Hope Newcomb joined the Ownership team in 2018 and took on additional responsibilities as the Chief Operating Officer. Under their leadership the Company expanded the client base, diversified the fleet into vans and mini-coaches, and grew revenues 5X.
In 2024, after 17 years in the Limousine Industry, Randy Allen retired and Hope Newcomb became partners with Jimmy and Kristina Koontz in ownership and management of James Limousine Service. Koontz is an entrepreneur and owner of multiple local successful businesses in the Richmond area.
